Schmetz Stretch Twin Needle

The Schmetz Stretch Twin 4.0/75 is a twin needle adapted for sewing double, elastic knits in stretchy fabrics such as jersey, interlock and other knit materials. It is perfect when you want to imitate the tight, double seam seen in factory knitted garments – for example when hemming T-shirts, sleeves and leggings.

The twin needle consists of two stretch needles mounted on a bracket with a 4 mm distance between the needles. Thanks to its rounded tip and special design, skipped stitches are prevented even in very elastic fabrics.

Fits standard household sewing machines with twin stitch function. Use with two upper threads.
